Discover the national park Vallée de Mai

The Vallée de Mai is a remnant of the ancient palm forests of the green heart of Praslin Island. It is the largest intact forest of the unique coco de mer palm that only grows on the Seychelles. The tropical valley is one of the world's smallest natural treasures on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Millions of years of isolation in this forest have given rise of several rare species found nowhere else on the planet. The Vallée de Mai, which is also described as 'Garden of Eden', has continued to impress and amaze for many years. This mystical forest will mesmerise you as well once you wander underneath the lush coco palm trees.
